Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute an agreement between you and Northbridge Tech LLC (“Northbridge,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding your access to and use of our websites, SaaS products, subscription services, and related features. Northbridge Tech LLC is a U.S.-based software company, part of the RES Digital Tech group, and is owned by RES DIGITAL TECH FZCO. Northbridge Tech LLC is the contracting and billing entity for the services described in these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our websites or services, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by applicable law or the specific product terms) and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. User Accounts
Certain services require an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Description of Services
Northbridge Tech LLC commercializes and operates proprietary subscription-based SaaS products, including beHired, an AI-powered platform designed to help job seekers discover relevant employment opportunities and manage their job search. Specific features and functionality are described within each product and may evolve over time.
5. Subscription Plans
Access to certain products is provided through paid subscription plans. Unless stated otherwise at checkout:
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis at the frequency shown at checkout (for example, monthly);
- Prices are stated at checkout and may be subject to applicable taxes;
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal;
- Where free trials or introductory offers are available, their terms will be disclosed at signup;
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support;
- After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe or another authorized third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
7. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout, subscription fees are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits are provided for partial billing periods or unused services. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@northbridgetechllc.com and we will review your request.
8. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for your use of the services, and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and these Terms.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the services or related systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services;
- Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the services without authorization;
- Upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.
10. Intellectual Property
The software, design, content, branding, and technology comprising our services belong to Northbridge Tech LLC, its affiliates, or relevant licensors. Northbridge Tech LLC holds the rights necessary to commercialize and operate the relevant software products. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for their intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
11. Third-Party Services
Our services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services, including third-party job listings. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, services, or terms. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
12. Product Availability
We work to keep our services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or services, in whole or in part, with reasonable notice where practicable.
13. Disclaimers
The services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
With respect to beHired: the service helps users discover and organize job opportunities. It does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment. beHired is not an employment agency. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party job vacancies or employer information.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northbridge Tech LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the services. Our total aggregate liability for claims relating to the services shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Northbridge Tech LLC, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the services or your violation of these Terms.
16. Termination
You may stop using the services and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the services. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
17. Group Companies
Certain technical, operational, infrastructure, product development, customer support, and administrative functions may be performed on behalf of Northbridge Tech LLC by RES DIGITAL TECH FZCO or other affiliated companies within the RES Digital Tech group. Northbridge Tech LLC remains your contracting party under these Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
19. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
